: Tutoring is provided in our offices in Raleigh, classrooms in RTP, or Live Online over the Internet. Faculty can meet with you during the day, evening, or weekend. If you need tutoring at home, an additional travel fee will apply.

: We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard. On-line payments are protected by VeriSign data encryption security and offered via Earthlink Electronic Commerce. If you prefer, you may call our office at 919-791-0810 and provide your credit card information to a staff member who will process your payment electronically.
: Our tutoring fees (see table below) vary based on the number of hours you purchase at one time. The fee does NOT include the cost of textbooks. To start the process, purchase the 2-hour minimum and the tutor will contact you to coordinate the date and time for your first session. After the first session, you and your tutor will agree on the number of hours needed to meet your goals. You can then re-register and pay as you go or, to obtain the discounted rates, purchase larger blocks of time.
: Faculty reserve the date and time of tutoring sessions to best meet your schedule. Refunds are not available if you miss a session because we must pay your tutor. If you cannot attend a session for which you are registered, you may transfer your fee to a future session. A $50 Fee must be paid if requested 72 hours or more prior to the start of a session. Refunds or changes are not available if requested less than 72 hours before the start of a tutoring session. After payment is made, call our offices in Raleigh (919-791-0810) to coordinate your first session.
