Frederick: Karl and I just wanted to thank you again for your facilitation of class and for your willingness to stay a few minutes after class to talk with us about our future career goals. Your commitment to helping students achieve success is obvious and we look forward to our ongoing participation in class. (Amanda Blackwell, Counselor, Hospice of Piedmont, 2012 PhD Candidate in Psychology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)

Hi Mr. Sexton: A few weeks ago I took my revised GRE. Quantitative = 151 (56%) and Verbal= 152 (56%). I was very satisfied with my scores as they were much improved from my previous test-taking experience, especially the Quantitative section. Old GRE: Quantitative =(22%); Verbal = (51%). Thank you so much for all of your instruction, funny stories, and encouragement along the way. I am recommending PrepSuccess to everyone! (Erica Morris, RN, UNC-Hospitals, 2012 MSN Candidate, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)

I just finished the GRE exam this morning and I got a 1060 (Q=620 and V=440). That’s an increase of 200 points over my previous official GRE total of  860 (Q=450 and V=410).I know that the verbal can improve a lot; however, it should be enough to make me competitive. I now have to prepare for the REHS exam, so studying never really stops on my end. Thanks for all of the work that you put into the course, and getting us where we needed to be. (CPT Capaccio Owens; Chief, Environmental Health, US Army, 2010 MA Candidate, Human Services)

Sorry for the delay in getting practice test #2 back to you. Thought I'd give you guys an update on the GMAT as well. I took it two weekends ago and scored a 620 which is 220 points higher than my pretraining GMATPrep score of 400.  I also scored a 5.0 on the analytical writing. Thanks for everything. I know PrepSuccess had a lot to do with my scores. Now, the application process begins.
(Kent Garner, Secondary Marketing & Funding Analyst, RBC Bank; MBA Candidate)

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to report back. If you could pass this along to others at PrepSuccess, I would appreciate it. I'm really grateful for your class. My final GRE score of 1540 was 450 points higher than my first practice test of 1090. I've been accepted and offered a scholarship to the UNC School of Social Work. I definitely want to thank PrepSuccess!!!!! And I hope you are well!
(Stacey Craig, BA, Program Assistant, Duke University, 2010 MSW Candidate, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)  [Ms. Craig holds the record for the largest increase in GRE scores of any PrepSuccess student!]

I just took my GRE today and am very pleased to let you know that I got a 1060 total!! 510 quantitative and 550 verbal. This is a great improvement from my pre-training test score of 820. I'm so relieved; thank you guys so much for your help during the prep class! I feel my chance of getting into the MSN program has increased so much with a GRE score above 1000! I appreciate all that you've done to help. Thanks again!
(Cristina Allen, RN, 2010 MSN Candidate, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Nursing)

I just walked out of the testing center.... I scored a 1080 from a pre-training Powerprep score of 830!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so freaking excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all of your help. My score will definitely be sufficient to get into anesthesia school.
THANK YOU...YIPPIEEEEEEEEEE
(Kristin Brooks, CNII, RN, BSN; 2010 MSN Candidate, Duke University School of Nursing
I wanted to update you on the status of my PhD applications. On Wednesday I was notified that I would be accepted into the PhD program in Sociology at UNC-CH. I am sure that the huge progress I made in quantitative (from 480 on first practice test to 700 on actual GRE) and analytical writing at 92% really made a difference. Although my verbal went down from the first practice test of 650, I think that reflects my focus on the other two areas. Regardless, PrepSuccess made a big difference for me, and as you say, now I am going to grad school! Thank you for all of your help and support! Regards,
(Joe Bongiovi, Vice President, Human Resource; PhD Candidate, UNC Sociology)

(The following student attended GRE PREP from Texas via Live Online and Steaming Video Recordings) Just wanted to thank you for your course. It was a tremendous help in preparing for the GRE. I took the GRE on August 28, just days after completing your course. I just received my scores Verbal = 610; Quantitative = 690; Total = 1300; Analytical Writing = 4.5. I am very pleased and excited about my scores which are 320 points higher than my pre-training practice test scores! (I thought I had done better on the writing part). I have now started completing applications for programs and am confident I will get called for interviews for Nurse Anesthetist programs. Thanks again.
(Troy Jackson, ICU Nurse, Dallas Regional Medical Center, 2010 MSN-CRNA Candidate)

My acceptance letter was at home waiting for me when I got there yesterday evening!!! I thought of you first because you have been a huge motivator!!! Looking forward to seeing you in August!!! I’m not sure if I’m so excited because I get to start grad school or if it’s because I don’t have to take the GRE again!!! Thanks for all of your help!
(Cynthia Y. Carland, Compliance Analyst, UNC Health Care System; 2009 MHA Candidate, UNC School of Public Health)

Just wanted to let you know that I took the official GRE today and am extremely pleased with my scores. I made a 450 on verbal and a 650 on quantitative for a total score of 1100. The school of nursing said that they wanted over a 1000 so I met that. YAY!!! This is a considerable increase from my pre-class practice scores which I'm embarrassed to say were 360 for verbal and 370 for quantitative for a total of only 730. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who has been out of school for as long as I have and need A LOT of help. Your course did exactly that for me and I'm so thankful. Thanks Again.
(Angie Nichols, RN, UNC Hospitals, 2009 MSN Candidate, UNC School of Nursing)

I took the official GRE today and am pleased to report my results. My Verbal score was 580 and Quantitative was 700 for a total of 1280! This was a 200 point increase over my pre-training scores of 490 for Verbal and 590 for Quantitative (Total 1080). I was a little nervous having missed the last few classes due to illness and was relieved to see how much both scores had improved. Thank you for your efforts. I will be referring your program in the future.
(Deborah Heath, RN, UNC Health System, 2009 MSN Candidate, UNC-CH)

I took my GRE this morning and I scored a 1260 unofficially. I scored a 620 on the Verbal section and 640 on the Quantitative section which was a 440 point increase from my pre-training test scores of 330 on Verbal and 490 on Quantitative. Taking the GRE prep class was a great investment. Thanks for your help.
(Jason Lucas, BA; Assignment Editior, News 14 Carolina)

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! Yesterday I took the official GRE and scored 550 in Verbal and 740 in Quantitative for a total of 1290, an increase of 310 points over my pre-training total score of 980. The essays were relatively easy; I had enough time to review the grammar. The School of Public Health asked me for a total score between 1200-1400, so I'm very happy that I met my goal. I had little hope, but I worked a lot in vocabulary and I got the highest verbal score ever. Thank you very much for your efforts.
(Carmen Piernas, MPH Candidate, UNC-Chapel Hill)

Just wanted to pass along the results from my GRE test taken Sept 4th. I got a total score of 1160 (Verbal = 500; Quant = 660). That is an increase of 180 points above my pre-training test and the highest I have ever scored on verbal. I feel confident with my scores and I appreciate what the PrepSuccess program did for me. I know of other individuals who are looking into prep courses for tests they want to take and I have been mentioning you guys a lot. I am starting the application process for grad school now to NC State for my masters in Genetics.
(Kenneth Sutton, BS; Genotyping Specialist, Glaxo-Smith-Kline, MS Candidate in Genetics, NCSU (pending))

I did it!! It wasn't a stellar score, but, it was what I needed. I took the GRE Friday, Verbal 510, Quantitative 500 (270 point increase over pre-training test). Thank you so much for the great course! You kept me engaged and interested in the information. I wish I had you as an instructor when I learned it the first time around!
(Lisa Roberts, BSN, Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant, Bayer Healthcare; MSN Candidate, UNC-Chapel Hill)

"My official GRE scores increased 300 points over my pre-training computer based practice test: Quantitative 620 to 730 and Verbal 380 to 570. Thanks for all your help. The GRE PREP course obviously paid off!"

"I am happy to report I took the official GRE within 2 weeks of completing the GRE PREP course and increased my Verbal and Quantitative scores by 270 points over my pre-training test scores. The official scores are high enough to meet the requirements for acceptance into the MPA program at NCSU, Praise the Lord! I met with the new chair of the graduate program at NCSU this week and highly recommended this course to any potential/future students."
(Margaret Randol, Consultant, Self-Employed, 2007 MPA Candidate, NCSU)

"I have improved quite a bit, and I am very satisfied with your course - I will definitely recommend your program to my peers. I am so happy I decided to take your course. "
(Kristen Lewton, BSN, Case Manager, BCBSNC; 2007 MSN Candidate, UNC at Chapel Hill.)

"I want to say thank you for creating and implementing such a wonderful program. Today I took the GRE and I now have scores good enough to get me into the grad schools I am interested in. This program works! It kept me motivated and made me feel that this monster of a test was something I could defeat. "
(Francesca Brown, BSPH, American Red Cross; 2007 MPH-Candidate, UNC at Chapel Hill.)

(Tricia Heafner, RN, UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC; 2007 MSN Candidate, UNC at Chapel Hill)

"I took the GMAT yesterday and am very pleased with my score which increased 210 points from my pre-training score. I could not have done it without the help of PrepSuccess and my instructor, Lyle. I have taken a very important step towards my future and I won't stop now."
(Shamair Faison, BS, UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC; 2007 MA Accounting Candidate, UNC at Chapel Hill.)

"The GRE prep course is an amazing way to assess and increase your verbal and quantitative skills for the GRE exam. I was extremely motivated by Fred's inspirational words and ability to make this material fun! By taking the GRE prep course and studying independently, I was able to increase my cumulative GRE score by 370 points! This score will provide me with the opportunity to receive the scholarships and financial aid that I need to pay for graduate school. Thanks again to Fred and the rest of PrepSuccess for creating a phenomenal course!"
(Courtney Rawls, RN, UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC; 2007 MSN Candidate, UNC at Chapel Hill)

(Suzanne Saleeby, Senior, UNC-Chapel Hill; 2007 MA Candidate (pending) in Arabic Studies, Georgetown University)

"I just completed the GRE and I'll never need to take it again. HOORAY! My first GRE scores were less than 1,000 and my math was horrible so I took the GRE PREP course to improve my math scores and my confidence. I scored 1090 today, so I'm applying to the Nurse Practitioner program at Duke. I attended the GRE PREP classes at home over the Internet so that I could stay in my PJs. That's a neat way to learn math."
(Gillie Kehoe, BSN, RN; Duke Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina; 2007 MSN Candidate, Duke University)

"Thank you for all your help with the GRE exam. I attended the Live Online GRE PREP course last fall and was accepted by the University of Florida's graduate program. I am very happy with my GRE scores.”

"I attended your GRE PREP class in Hickory, NC in March of 2002 and am proud to say the prep course boosted my GRE scores sufficiently to get accepted into the Executive Master's Program. After three years of hard work I completed the course requirements for the MHA and graduated in December 2005.  Along the way when times got tough, I remembered your encouragement and the "Eye of the Tiger" story. The support of my wife, classmates, and the memory of your story provided the focus to complete the program. Thanks for your encouragement in the beginning and providing me with the early tools necessary to make my MHA dream a reality".
(G. Scott Shew, MHA; Director, Union County EMS; 2005 MHA Graduate, UNC at Chapel Hill).

(Ann Marie Gordon, BS; Wake County Department of Human Services, 2005 MEd Candidate, NCSU)
